Healthy Cooking For All Seasons

Hello to Everyone,

I hav ethis wonderful recipe that I want to share with you. It will be great during the winter months.

Butternut Squash Soup

2 butternut squash (about 3 lbs each)
2 cups of chicken stock
1/2 cup of cream
1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees, cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds.(also add 1/4 teaspoon of Italian herbs)
Place flesh side down in and oiled casserole pan, cover and roast 1 hour.
(or until flesh is completely soft) remove, let cool, discard skin then
puree with chicken stock in a blender, add cream, season with sherry vinegar, salt and pepper.

Now isn't that easy. It is also quite healthy too. Start getting ready for next summer by doing all your winter fun activities, and eating more veggies and whole grains.

An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend love


If you have some or all of the above symptoms, please be advised that your condition of inner peace may be so far advanced as tonot be curable. If you are exposed to anyone exhibiting these symptoms, reain exposed only at your own risk.
